The Role: The Technical Support Analyst provides production and technology support services to external customers and internal users. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all mission-critical systems, email, websites, database and associated applications are running at peek efficiency. As technology issues arise, the Technical Support Analyst will provide second and possibly third-level support to troubleshoot and remedy the issue in a timely and professional manner and minimize any business interruptions. Lastly, the Technical Support Analyst will play a key role on infrastructure projects – technology upgrades, implementation and training (BES, VOiP), external product evaluation and deployment. The Skills and Qualifications We’re Looking For: As the ideal candidate, you have a proven track-record in progressively senior production and technical support roles. You thrive in a highly entrepreneurial and “dynamic” work environment. You are passionate about solving problems and your greatest reward is doing this in a seemingly effortless way for your customers or end-users. At home, you have a state-of-the-art computer system that would be the envy of most small corporations. You read every technology publication you can find, you are a member of numerous technology user-groups and you are quick to take technology courses or seminars when time permits.
