Sanjay Issar
VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer

In his role as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer Sanjay Issar is focused on providing leadership in financial strategy, financial and management reporting, treasury, acquisitions, taxation, budgeting, and business planning for VisionMAX.

Sanjay brings over 20 years of financial experience most recently as Vice President Finance of a leading insurance services company with over $50 million in revenue and nearly 500 employees.  Prior to that he was Assistant Vice President Finance of an international public company listed on the TSX with worldwide revenue of over $432 million and nearly 4,000 employees. Before starting his career in industry Sanjay earned his Chartered Accountant designation while working as a Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton LLP.

Sanjay graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
