As Senior Director of Business Process Engineering, Orlando is focused on the intersection between business and technology. Orlando is the executive responsible for assisting our clients to formulate actionable plans making effective use of technologies to improve and revitalize their business.
At VisionMAX, Orlando will work with our clients in defining, designing and implementing efficient and effective business processes to improve their performance and profitability.
Orlando has an excellent understanding of business processes and requirements including the ability to make the connection between process and applications. He has been very successful on numerous engagements defining processes and their supporting application requirements; whether building processes from the ground up or basing them on application package solutions.
Orlando has worked very successfully with diverse groups and people with varied exposure to business process fundamentals and applications or technology. He has a good record of fitting in and explaining complex ideas in a simple way.
Orlando has worked with a broad spectrum of core operational business processes in diverse organizations. This has given him an appreciation of the differences and similarities among different organizations and industries; allowing him to apply the best concepts and practices in his work.
Orlando comes to VisionMAX with over twenty five years of experience. Prior to joining our team, Orlando was a Managing Consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services and before that he was Director of the Business Transformation Practice for the LGS Group (now an IBM company). His experience includes Business Process Definition, Design, and Implementation, Business Analysis, Outsourcing, Project Management, Feasibility Studies and Business Case Development;working in different environments such as - mature organizations, greenfield startups or with business divestiture.
