Paul attended the University of Toronto taking a degree in Electrical Engineering with a Specialist in Computer Applications. Paul has over twelve years experience working in many technical applications in the IT industry. Paul specializes in the Unix and Windows platforms, and has worked in depth in the C/C++, PERL, Unix script, Java (Servlets, Applets, EJB), JSP, XML, ASP, HDML (Handheld Device Markup Language), WAP (wireless application protocol), and Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Informix, DBase, Access databases.

Paul has extensive e-commerce experience as a Net.Commerce/WebSphere Commerce and MQSeries developer. Paul is a key Object-Oriented Internet application architect at VisionMAX, and has consistently proven to our clients, a commitment to quality systems design and implementation.

Paul has an extensive background in Internet technologies, and is a top resource for internet related projects. Paul has been engaged for several years as the lead architect and project manager for large systems development bringing e-government solutions to the public. Paul's work has earned VisionMAX and the Ontario Government awards for public service information technology applications.
