Michael Iannantuono
Sr. Director, Resource Planning and Development

As Senior Director, Resource Development & Planning, Michael is responsible for guiding the development and growth of VisionMAX resources. He drives all recruiting, staff development, career planning and actively supports resource planning, project management and our internal performance review process.

Michael comes to VisionMAX after spending the last 19 years in the telecommunications industry, working at two of Canada 's largest telephone companies. During this time Michael has held senior management positions in Network Operations, Technology Development, Customer Operations and Systems Development where he has managed multiple simultaneous projects with budgets in excess of $5 million and large cross-functional teams of engineers, developers and technicians.

Michael is a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologist (OACETT) and sat on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Local Number Portability Consortium. As well Michael is an active member in the community by volunteering his free time to local sports associations and clubs.
