Robert Triffo
Director, Technical Consulting Services & Practice Lead

As Director of Technical Consulting Services, Robert is responsible for the technology solutions across all projects. His extensive experience in implementing mission critical systems for many fortune 500 companies allows him to deliver leading edge technical solutions that are robust, resilient, and scalable using industry best practices.

As Practice Leader for the Voice, Wireless, and Video practices, Robert is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in each of these growing practice areas. This includes providing technological direction to our customers in how to unify these converging technologies into their solutions to realize real business goals.

Robert graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.Math in Honours Computer Science - Systems Information Option. Prior to joining VisionMAX Robert spent over a decade working for LGS Group Inc, Canada's largest independent consulting firm before joining IBM Global Services to eventually lead and grow Technical Consulting services at VisionMAX.

Robert has over 18 years of IT Technology experience and has played the roles of Team Leader, Project Manager, and Enterprise Systems and Application Architect on diverse projects including Trading Systems, Group Pensions, and has worked abroad in Australia delivering Retail Data Warehouse solutions.  Robert uses leading software development processes and frameworks to delivery quality projects on time and on budget for companies like Bell Canada, Canada Life, Prudential, London Life, Great West, Sears, Toronto Police Services, CDS, Myers Grace Brothers, CPSO, and many others.
