As Vice President Operations/COO, Orlando has the following areas reporting to him: VisionMAX General Management, Human Resources and the Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for Project Management / Planning, Formal Risk Analysis, Project Quality Assurance and Post-Implementation Review. Robert Orlando is also an Executive in our Project Management team for clients on our largest projects.

Orlando has close to thirty years of experience. Orlando first joined VisionMAX as a Senior Director responsible for Business Consulting, Project Management and Quality Assurance. Prior to joining our team, Orlando was a Managing Consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services and before that he was Director of the Business Transformation Practice for the LGS Group (now an IBM company). His experience includes Business Process Definition, Design, and Implementation, Business Analysis, Outsourcing, Project Management, Feasibility Studies and Business Case Development; working in different environments such as - mature organizations, start ups or with business divestiture.
