The Challenge
VisionMAX and our NY-based partner were engaged by the client to consult in an off-site rapid prototyping engagement using XP (Extreme Programming) methodology. XP enabled VisionMAX and its partner to rapidly develop and deliver user stories in a 90-day delivery cycle.

The Solution
VisionMAX's Rapid GUI Voice-XML application generation software, the VisionEngine, was used to quickly build prototypes of customer service applications showcasing the new world of voice-enabled call-centers.

The Results
VisionMAX has further enhanced the Voice-XML application generation software, the VisionEngine, to support both MQ-Series interfaces to legacy systems (using guaranteed messaging technology), and the world of Web services (UDDI, WSDL, and SOAP/XML).
