VisionMAX Solutions Inc. has been awarded a Supply Arrangement to provide informatics professional services and solutions in support of the Canadian Government On-Line (GOL) project. This initiative will result in all government services being provided via the Internet by 2004. Funding for the project is expected to reach $4 billion over the period. Services under the Supply Arrangements will be performed on a task-order basis.

The Government On-Line project is working to make electronic government services:

  • Accessible to all, easy to use and organized to meet Canadians' service priorities,
  • Less time-consuming and costly to use,
  • Higher quality and more comprehensive,
  • Private and secure, and,
  • Responsive to what Canadians want.
